Start! is The American Heart Association’s national cause movement that
calls on all Americans and their employers to be a catalyst for change
by creating a culture of physical activity and health in order to
live longer, healthier lives. The Start! program joins Nature Rocks to
underscore the important connection between family, nature, and physical
activity for happier, healthier and smarter kids and families.
