Toni joins ecoAmerica fresh off the National Geographic Society Education Foundation's public policy campaign to secure federal funding for geography education. Specializing in grassroots fundraising and partnership cultivation the world over, Toni's experience as a lead grant-writer ranges from NGOs in Bulgaria to government and multi-laterial instititions in Liberia to non-profits on the Rosebud Reservation in her hometown of Rosebud, SD. During the 2004 presidential campaign, she oversaw training for a team of fundraisers in New York City that raised an average of $100,000 a week.  Toni has a BA in International Public Policy from Vanderbilt University.
