Guy E. Snyder

Guy E. Snyder is a shareholder at Vedder, Price, Kaufman and Kammholz, P.C. and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Area. Guy concentrates his practice in the areas of business, corporate and securities law. He works extensively in mergers and acquisitions, financings and general business matters. Mr. Snyder is active in several organizations, including Member, Board of Trustees, John G. Shedd Aquarium, the Economic Club of Chicago, the Association for Corporate Growth and the Entrepreneurship Institute, where he serves as a board member for the Chicago Chapter. He has been a member of the President’s Council of the Museum of Science and Industry for approximately 15 years. He has also served as a member of the Northern Illinois Steering Committee for the Sierra Club. He is a 1976 graduate from Marquette University and received his law degree from Loyola University in 1979. He lives in Glenview, Illinois with his wife and three children.
